Formed in 1989, Denbeaux & Denbeaux is a law firm dedicated to providing top level legal representation to its clients. The partners, Marcia Denbeaux and Joshua Denbeaux, as well as senior and associate attorneys, represent individuals and businesses in New Jersey State and Federal Courts.
Denbeaux & Denbeaux has been regarded as a “Consumer Rights” law firm because the primary objective of the firm is to provide legal representation to individual consumers who have been harmed, victimized, or who are otherwise in need of relief from debt through means other than the filing of a bankruptcy. Representation includes the defense of foreclosure and debt collection actions as well as the prosecution of cases related to predatory lending, false credit reporting, and illegal debt collection practices.

The firm originally represented small businesses in litigation and performed real estate closings, as well as the drafting of wills. In 2007 a number of clients began having financial hardship which was an early sign of the economic crash to come. It was quickly realized that the firm’s clients and friends were in need of a different type of representation. Always concerned with providing a positive civic role as well as operating a business, the firm shifted gears to fill the need by representing homeowners facing foreclosure.
